Rule Violations

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal property loss. Travel insurance can provide coverage that extends beyond our hotel's liability limits.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall the hotel's total liability exceed the total amount paid for the reservation. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Dispute Resolution

Contact hotel management directly to resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved quickly through direct communication.

Response: Within 24 hours

Step 2: Formal Complaint

Submit a written complaint with detailed information about the issue and desired resolution.

Response: Within 7 business days

Step 3: Mediation

If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation through a neutral third party.

Process: 30-60 days

Step 4: Legal Action

As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through the court system in Poland
